13th Weurman Flavour Research Symposium

 The 13^th Weurman Flavour Research Symposium will take place in Zaragoza (Spain). Scheduled events will be held between the 27^th and 30^th of September, 2011.

Congregating every three years, the Weurman Flavour Symposium has become one of the most important international meetings for reporting recent discoveries in flavor sciences, keeping flavor chemistry at the core.

The Weurman symposium is open to all scientists in the broad field of Flavour Science.  It is envisioned by the organizing and scientific committees that academia and industry can interact in conversation and ideas in an informal and friendly atmosphere, following the spirit from previous Weurman Symposia.

The conference will be located at the Hiberus hotel, strategically situated in one of the newest and best communicated areas of the city. The hotel will host most of the attendees, offering more than 2000 square meters for the development of all the activities related to the conference.
